Useful information Provisional Licence:- You will need a Provisional Licence to learn to drive in the UK. Their are two ways to obtain this either via the Directgov website or by filling in a D1 form which can be obtained at your local Post Office. The Theory Test:- The Theory Test can be taken at any time during your learning process. The test is made up a Multiple Choice and a Hazard Perception Test. You will need to pass both parts to successfully complete your theory test. Practical Test:- Having taken lessons and built up yor confidence and competence, you will agree with Jays Driving Academy that it is time to apply for your test. this can be done online from the Direct.gov website. Show Me / Tell Me Questions:- You will be asked some vehicle safety questions, Jays Driving Academy will have a list of the upto date questions used and will help you to understand them.
